One place for your own health record — consultations, prescriptions, vaccinations, dental, therapies and vitals — written by your doctor and by you. It does not exist yet, and it will not until the rules that protect it are built first.
What this will do
- Your record belongs to you — you can always read and add to your own
- No clinician sees your record without your explicit, revocable consent
- Every single access is written to an audit trail that nobody can edit
- Entries can never be silently changed — corrections are added, not overwritten
